How a swap works

Open an item that accepts swaps and select one of your own active listings.

Either family can accept or counter the items, handover method and optional euro top-up.

Meet locally or post both items. Each family confirms what arrived before the swap is completed.

Choose a public meeting place together in KidLoop messages. There is no service fee for a local handover.

Each family pays for their own postage. KidLoop shows any service fee and euro top-up before either family accepts.

Direct swaps

A match is only a suggestion. No listing is reserved, no payment is taken and nothing should be sent until both families accept the same terms.
